This coffee scale, or a micro scale is a great helper for every barista. It can weigh with an accuracy of 0.1 g up to 2 kg, it fits between the legs of every Flair espresso coffee machine.
Operating modes:
Pre-Infusion Mode - starts the clock at first drips and keeps it running all the way through until you lift the cup.
Auto Mode - starts the timer at first drips and stops it as soon as no flow has been sensed for 02 seconds.
Manual Mode - let’s you start and pause the timer manually throughout the brew, as well as tare and re-tare as necessary.
