The Fellow Stagg EKG is an electric kettle with a narrow and long spout, called a gooseneck, which allows you to regulate the pouring process for a more consistent brew. It has a capacity of 0.9 litres and is suitable for making pour-over coffee. It is also a great accessory for easy pouring in mechanical coffee machines Cafelat Robot , Flair , Aram coffee.
The Fellow Stagg kettle is a beautiful piece of design with a number of thoughtful features. With 1200 watts of power, it quickly heats water to your desired temperature, from 40 to 100 degrees Celsius, simply by turning a knob. It has an LCD display that shows both the set temperature and the real-time temperature. The HOLD mode allows you to maintain the set temperature
The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro is an upgraded version of the original Stagg ECG Kettle, offering several advanced features and improvements. It builds on the original Stagg EKG by introducing a more advanced display, more customization options, scheduling options, connectivity for updates.
Features and improvements of the PRO version:
- Display and interface - it is equipped with a high-resolution full-color LCD display that provides a more intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
- Temperature control and adaptation - version PRO allows the temperature to be regulated to a certain degree with an adjustable duration of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. It also features a guide mode with preset temperatures for different cooking methods and the ability to adjust altitude for precise boiling points.
- Scheduling and connectivity - includes a scheduling function that allows users to set specific times when the kettle reaches the desired temperature. It also supports firmware updates over Wi-Fi, ensuring the kettle stays up-to-date with the latest features and improvements.
- Other - Adds a chime with adjustable volume that signals when the water has reached the set temperature, a built-in clock and language options (English, French, Spanish) for the interface.
