Cafissimo EASY

The Cafissimo EASY's advantages and disadvantages are clear from its name. A coffee machine at an affordable price.

It is also compact in design. The "slim design" (12 cm) allows the coffee machine to be placed in smaller spaces.

Nevertheless, the Cafissimo easy has a water tank with a capacity of 0.65 litres. If its width is so small, its height of 32 cm is impressive.

Power consumption - 1250W. In terms of features, it's not as simple as you might think at first glance. It has a water quantity control, a descaling system, an automatic switch-off and, of course, an energy-saving mode.

Another interesting feature is the very quiet operation. You will no longer be disturbed by the sound of the coffee machine.

Pros: modern design, space-saving, energy-saving mode (switches off automatically after 9 minutes), adjustable water volume, quiet operation, compatible with refillable capsule Sealpod.

Cons: smaller water tank.

Cafissimo MINI

The Cafissimo MINI is a little louder than the EASY version, but that's nothing to worry about. The power consumption is higher at 1500 W. The water tank is the same at 0.65 litres, as is the pressure at 15 bar, but with up to three degrees of pressure for espresso, caffe crema, filter coffee and tea.

We would like to point out the magnetic drip tray and the capsule container, which guarantee easy and quick operation. The water tank can hold up to 4 used capsules. There is also space for a larger cup for latte macchiato.

Pros: three pressure levels, magnetic drip tray and reservoir, reservoir for 4 capsules.

Cons: noisier operation, may be unstable and shake when preparing a drink. NOT compatible with our refillable Sealpod capsule.

Cafissimo PURE

Finally, a coffee maker with the same power consumption as the EASY version (1250 W), three pressure settings - the same as the MINI version - and an automatic switch-off option.

It has a much larger water tank of up to 1 litre and the container can hold up to 6 used capsules. No need to bother with used capsules after each use.

Other features include a removable drip tray for easy cleaning, an individually programmable drink quantity and a built-in descaling indicator so you know when it is time to clean your coffee maker.

Pros:  water  dispenser up to 1l, 6 capsule container, three pressure options, adjustable drink volume.

Cons: NOT compatible with our refillable Sealpod capsule, when preparing the drink, the device shakes and looks imbalanced.

In addition to these three new models (2020), many older models should be compatible with our refillable capsule. Older models tend to be much larger. Some also have a frothing nozzle. Coffee quality is comparable.
